McXtra is a new app which makes it easy to link all your insurance policies onto one platform and have a hassle-free assistance and claims process in a time of emergency.
The idea was to explain the app's working and key features in an effective but non-technical, fun way. The end product turned out to be a set of three videos around our main character a red ball (the stressed out version of McXtra's mascot, the purple dot) It gets stuck in sticky situations, but gets saved, eventually, all thanks to McXtra.

CHARACTER DESIGN
I have always been a fan of Birdbox's quirky cartoon animated videos. Their doodle-style inspired the look for these videos, where we featured the McXtra Purple ball as the saviour to all sticky situations. Below are the character designs and explorations for our film's hero.
